Stark Metro Management is a family owned and run company, serving the Portland Metro area for over 10 years. Tara Allen has over 15 yrs of expertise in Real Estate and property management. She has excellent communication skills, exceptional relationship building and word-of-mouth referral marketing with tenants, and vendors. When Tara is not working you can find her Snowing skiing, water skiing, sailing, back-packing and exotic travel destinations. Tara also is very involved in our community with several organizations.
